**Job Description for Social Media Specialist**:
Are you passionate about social media, community management, and content creation? We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist/Community Manager/Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our online community, and creating compelling content to promote our brand.

**Responsibilities for Social Media Specialist**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Create engaging and shareable content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Grow and nurture our online community by fostering positive interactions and building relationships with followers and influencers.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing to expand our reach and impact.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all social media platforms.

**Qualifications/Skills for Social Media Specialist**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, community management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing.

**Salary**: £28,000-£32,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
