They are currently on a growth journey and are now looking for a
Help Desk Coordinator
to join our team. Someone who's both a people person and a hands-on tech, ready to play a key role in supporting our growing client base.

The role:

As a
Help Desk Coordinator
, you'll be the face and voice of the support team, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing tickets, and keeping an eye on SLAs. You'll also help resolve technical issues when needed, providing first-class support and maintaining high standards of service.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate the help desk team to ensure efficient handling of support requests
  • Monitor SLAs and ticket queues, keeping response times on track
  • Provide hands-on technical support
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and engineers
  • Help improve processes and contribute to ongoing service improvements
  • Support wider IT projects and assist with infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions

Key Skills:

  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people (both clients and colleagues)
  • Technically minded with a background in IT support (1st/2nd line experience)
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities in a busy environment
  • Looking for a role where you can grow and develop
