are working with a close-knit IT service provider offering complete IT solutions to clients across the Northwest.
They are currently on a growth journey and are now looking for a
Help Desk Coordinator
to join our team. Someone who's both a people person and a hands-on tech, ready to play a key role in supporting our growing client base.
The role:
As a
Help Desk Coordinator
, you'll be the face and voice of the support team, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing tickets, and keeping an eye on SLAs. You'll also help resolve technical issues when needed, providing first-class support and maintaining high standards of service.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate the help desk team to ensure efficient handling of support requests
- Monitor SLAs and ticket queues, keeping response times on track
- Provide hands-on technical support
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and engineers
- Help improve processes and contribute to ongoing service improvements
- Support wider IT projects and assist with infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions
Key Skills:
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people (both clients and colleagues)
- Technically minded with a background in IT support (1st/2nd line experience)
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities in a busy environment
- Looking for a role where you can grow and develop
- Experience with Halo
