Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced General Managers to oversee the operations of our restaurant at Westfield Stratford City. This is a rare opportunity to join a global business as it enters the UK market.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and build a world class team to open our restaurants.
Ensure exceptional guest experience by delivering top notch hospitality.
Control all elements of the day to day operation of the restaurant.
Experience:
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Experience managing high volume restaurants, ideally in London
Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team and customers.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
