Sales Negotiator – Henleaze, Bristol

Basic Salary: £24,000 – £26,000

OTE: £32,000 – £38,000

We're a respected and growing independent estate agency with a strong presence across Bristol, and we're looking for an ambitious, energetic Sales Negotiator to join our successful Henleaze team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Registering buyers and building strong rapport to understand their needs.
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, providing clear and helpful feedback to vendors.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Booking appointments for financial advisers and referring clients to recommended solicitors.
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other agents to ensure smooth progressions.
  • Generating valuation leads and booking appointments for the Valuer.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activity and communication.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing long-lasting client relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience is essential - estate agency experience is a strong advantage.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Someone who thrives in a high-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Bristol property market is beneficial.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
