You will keep accurate forwarding lists for local employees and those working off-site.
You will carry out regular health checks on photocopiers, ensuring they are replenished with paper and toner and kept clean, and conduct daily checks of Management Centre meeting rooms to maintain tidiness, ensure adequate supplies such as flip chart paper and pens, and adjust layouts as needed.
You will support the Site Facilities Manager or Coordinator with building inspections, reporting findings as necessary, and performing routine checks such as spill kit and evacuation chair inspections.
Additionally, you will assist the Facilities Management (FM) Team with ad hoc site support as required.
You are expected to understand and comply with the relevant Operating Framework, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and site-specific procedures, with particular attention to emergency procedures, contingency plans, and Fujitsu's Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
