As part of our award-winning Indirect Partner team you'll work with a network of 300+ partners, driving innovation and growth through strategic collaboration. Our approach combines high-touch onboarding, dedicated account management, and access to the full ANS product portfolio—helping partners scale quickly and succeed in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

As a Partner Account Manager at ANS you will be responsible for managing and supporting our partners and resellers, tasked with generating new business and sales from existing partners as well as identifying and targeting new partner and resellers, as we look to scale the indirect part of our Sales function.

What will you be doing?

  • Working from data sets to identify, target and recruit new Partners/Resellers
  • Deliver amazing customer service; responsively, proactively, and passionately.
  • Demonstrate consultative sales techniques, objection handling and conflict resolution.
  • Hit performance related KPIs and sales targets.
  • Maintain regular communication structures within your Partner base, including service reviews, commercial reviews, some of which will also include stakeholders within ANS (Heads of, Directors).
  • Proactively hunt for new partner opportunities and generate OI.
  • Ensure solutions and products we are selling to clients are fit for purpose.
  • Be a point of escalation for Partners/Resellers where needed.
  • Reduce Partner churn by ensuring partners feel valued.
  • Build and develop key relationships with influencers and decision makers.
