Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our After Sales Team providing technical support via telephone and email to our customer base.

The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a solid understanding of basic electrical principles.

If you are tech savvy, a quick learner and good at problem solving this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers, providing technical support via phone and email
  • Support and maintain customer service contracts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to our vending machines
  • Complete and maintain accurate call log forms
  • Report, maintain and improve records within Microsoft Dynamics
  • Prepare and update technical documentation for internal & customer use
  • Review reported issues and support their prompt resolution

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
  • A solid understanding of basic electrical principles is essential
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications and Applications

  • Proficiency in MS Dynamics and MS Office
  • SAP knowledge (desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
