Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service and installation operations across the region.
  • Lead and support engineers on multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with fire and security regulations.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Take ownership of both installation and service projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven fire and security service/project management experience, ideally in a field-based regional role.
  • Experience managing multi-site teams.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance.
  • Client management and service delivery experience.
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • Looking to move from a hands-on role to management.
  • Confident in client-facing situations.
  • Technical and able to manage engineers effectively.
  • Motivated to own installation and service operations.

You'll combine technical oversight, team management, and client-facing responsibilities, ensuring service and installation excellence, compliance, and business growth.
