The Role & What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with retrospective quality reviews of adverse drug reaction reports stored in the global drug safety database, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency with Viatris' s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conventions.
- Assist with the development and updating of global PV Operations SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
- Review changes to legislation concerning pharmacovigilance, clinical trials and medical devices.
- Support the Lead Quality Specialist and the Lead PV Operations with global PSRM internal audits and regulatory inspections, including preparation and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) management.
- Participate in PV Operations projects as required.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Life Science/Medical degree/ Pharmacist or relevant experience
- Good understanding of post marketing and drug development, including knowledge of applicable post-marketing safety regulations.
- Good knowledge of common data processing software (EXCEL, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize independently with minimal supervision.
