Full time – 37.5 hours – Remote working

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Field Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base across the North region (specifically the NW) of the UK. This is a remote, field-based role ideal for someone passionate about eyewear, fashion, and retail, who can work independently to drive brand presence and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined sales territory within the South East region, developing strong relationships with independent opticians and retail partners.
- Represent and sell my client's portfolio of premium brands, tailoring brand selections to customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive territory planning and regular customer visits.
- Educate customers and staff on product features, brand stories, and merchandising strategies.
- Deliver in-store training and trunk show events to support sell-through.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide timely sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in optical, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management and planning ability.
- Comfortable with remote work and regular travel across the South East region.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Passion for eyewear, fashion, and working with premium brands.
