Chief Operating Officer COO Director

Operational Oversight: The COO is responsible for overseeing day -to -day operations of the company. This involves managing various departments such as production, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Strategic Planning: Working closely with the CEO and other executives, the COO helps develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives. This may involve setting targets, formulating business strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth.Resource Allocation: The COO is involved in resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and allocation of capital. They ensure that resources are utilised effectively to support the company's operations and growth initiatives.Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency is a key responsibility of the COO.
