Following a Service Review, we are looking to recruit a Housing Advice & Allocations Officer to join our busy and exciting new Housing Advice & Allocations Team.

Making sure that our residents have a roof over their head and the financial support that they need is a top priority for us. Over the past couple of years alone we have:

  • made sure that there's enough support so that no one needs to sleep on the streets
  • assisted thousands of people in need of housing advice and assistance
  • invested millions of pounds into new temporary short-stay accommodation
  • delivered more than 200 new affordable homes for local people
  • supported residents with grants and financial assistance

This role is responsible for delivering frontline services to those in housing need and managing a caseload of customers.

We're looking for positive and resilient people who can help us build on this success and provide better outcomes for those who need our support. Experience working in the housing sector is beneficial but not required.
