Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in primary education; background in SEN or inclusive education is highly beneficial, enabling you to understand and address the diverse needs of mixed-age learners
- Adaptable and creative teaching approach that encourages flexibility in lesson design and delivery, allowing for an individualized approach that resonates with both KS1 and KS2 students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with support staff, SEN professionals, and families to create a cohesive support network for each student
- Patient and empathetic demeanor, fostering a nurturing classroom atmosphere that respects each student's unique journey and celebrates their achievements, both big and small
- Enhanced DBS check required to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all students
