A leading
global business services group
is looking for an experienced In-House
US & International Tax Manager
to join their high-performing global finance and partner services function.

This is a key role within a complex international partnership structure, offering broad exposure across
US, UK and global tax compliance, reporting, and strategic advisory projects
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    US tax compliance
    including entity filings, K-1s, partner reserves, PTET analysis, and quarterly prepayments.
  • Oversee
    global corporate and partnership tax compliance
    , ensuring timely and accurate submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support senior leadership with
    strategic tax initiatives
    , including transfer pricing, new office openings, and remuneration changes.
  • Monitor and implement responses to global legislative changes (e.g.
    BEPS, Pillar 2
    ).
  • Manage
    permanent establishment
    and
    withholding tax
    risks, and liaise with tax authorities globally.
  • Lead and develop junior team members, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and succession planning.

About You

  • Qualified accountant and/or tax adviser (
    ACA / CTA / CPA
    or equivalent).
  • Proven
    US and international tax experience
    , ideally within a
    partnership or large professional services environment
    .
  • Strong technical understanding of
    global compliance and reporting
    frameworks.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing teams across jurisdictions.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills.
