Who You Are We are seeking a Senior IT Consultant – M&A Transformation to lead and execute complex infrastructure and cloud migration programmes across diverse environments, often within post-acquisition or integration scenarios. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business transformation, supporting clients through major organizational change, whether integrating acquired entities, consolidating IT estates, or enabling cloud-first modernization. You'll work alongside executive stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and global partners to ensure seamless transitions, minimal disruption, and measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Transform high-level scope requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Steer projects through its entire lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain an iron grip on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Proactively sniff out potential issues and risks, taking charge before they become showstoppers.
  • Juggle project dependencies and navigate the critical path with the finesse of a seasoned captain.
  • Serve as the chief communicator, crafting updates and presentations that keep everyone, from team members to stakeholders, aware and motivated.
  • Drive the team forward, mentoring and inspiring like a coach during playoff season.
  • Motivate and influence your teams to be successful in their roles
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or Check Point CCSA/CCSE.
  • Experience in consulting or MSP environments with multi-client exposure.
  • Familiarity with M&A lifecycle stages, including discovery, carve-outs, and post-merger integration (PMI).
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale IT infrastructure or cloud transformation projects, ideally within M&A, divestiture, or integration contexts.
  • Strong technical grounding across:
    • Networking: routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, RADIUS, firewall management (Meraki, Check Point, Fortinet).
    • Infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, File and Print Services, SQL Server.
    • Cloud: Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or AWS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with migration tools and methodologies (e.g., Quest, Azure Migrate, CloudEndure).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to bridge technical depth with executive clarity.
  • A proactive, independent consultant mindset—able to operate with minimal oversight and deliver tangible business outcomes.
