We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead and develop our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fundraising strategy, specifically targeting corporate partners.

This is a apart of a strategy to make the charity more sustainable to carry on the work we will be doing for our community.

What are we looking for?

Skills Strong understanding of CSR trends, corporate philanthropy, and ethical fundraising practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence corporate leaders. Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to manage high-level stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that resonate with corporate audiences. Other Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple corporate relationships simultaneously. High level of professionalism, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Partnership Development Identify, research, and target potential corporate partners whose values align with the charity's mission. Develop and execute a corporate fundraising strategy to engage businesses in long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations that showcase the impact of corporate contributions and align with CSR goals. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, including CEOs, CSR teams, and marketing departments to secure financial donations, in-kind support, sponsorships, and employee engagement programs. 2. CSR Program Alignment Understand corporate CSR trends and ensure our charity's programs are aligned with the corporate partner's social responsibility objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to design partnership opportunities, including cause-related marketing, corporate sponsorships, employee volunteering, and workplace giving. Tailor fundraising approaches to meet the unique CSR priorities of different industries, including sustainability, education, healthcare, and social justice. 3. Strategic Fundraising Campaigns Plan and execute targeted corporate fundraising campaigns, including corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR-related fundraising initiatives. Lead efforts to create innovative fundraising approaches, such as matching gift programs, corporate grants, and collaborative CSR projects that leverage corporate resources. Identify and apply for corporate CSR grants, ensuring applications are tailored to meet the company's strategic focus. 4. Team Collaboration Work closely with the communications, marketing, and programs teams to develop corporate fundraising materials, including brochures, case studies, and social media content. Collaborate with events teams to manage corporate sponsorships for fundraising events and CSR-related activities. Engage in cross-functional meetings to align corporate fundraising strategies with overall organizational goals and program needs.
