Reformer Pilates Instructor – Müve Pilates, Redbridge (East London)
About Müve Pilates
At Müve Pilates, we believe movement should feel good, empowering, mindful, and fun.
We're a ladies only Reformer Pilates studio based in Redbridge, East London, dedicated to helping people build strength, improve flexibility, and find balance in both body and mind.
Our mission is simple: to create a space where every person feels welcome, supported, and inspired to move well and move often.
The Role
We're looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our Müve family.
If you love teaching, motivating others, and creating that "feel-good burn" that keeps people coming back, this is the role for you. You'll be teaching small group Reformer classes, supporting clients of all levels, and helping to run the studio day-to-day.
Sometimes you'll also be the friendly face welcoming clients, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
At Müve, we're not just about great workouts, we're about connection, community, and helping people love their bodies for what they can do.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead upbeat, effective Reformer Pilates classes for all abilities, from first-timers to seasoned movers.
- Give clear, safe, and motivating instructions (and hands-on guidance when needed).
- Adapt sessions to meet the needs and goals of individual clients.
- Keep an eye on progress and offer positive, helpful feedback.
- Help manage studio operations - opening/closing the space and keeping it tidy and welcoming.
- Be part of the Müve community - chat with members, celebrate their progress, and make every class an experience they look forward to.
- Stay curious - keep learning and growing in your teaching practice.
- Support new instructors and help maintain our signature Müve Pilates standards across every class.
About You
You're someone who genuinely loves people and movement.
You bring great energy to every session, you care about form and safety, and you have a natural way of motivating others to feel their best.
You're also a team player, flexible, professional, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
We'd love you to have:
- An existing recognised (Polestar, BASI or STOTT) Reformer Pilates Instructor certification OR currently in the process of completing your Training.
- A strong understanding of anatomy and movement principles.
- Previous experience teaching Pilates or group fitness (studio experience is a plus).
- Great communication and people skills.
- The ability to adapt your teaching to suit different levels and needs.
- A positive attitude and a passion for health, wellbeing, and lifelong movement.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in fitness coaching, physical therapy, or other fitness fields.
- Love mentoring or supporting other instructors.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
- A warm, supportive team that values creativity and authenticity.
- Opportunities to grow, through workshops, mentoring, and ongoing education.
- Free or discounted Müve classes (because we practice what we teach).
- Competitive pay and flexible hours.
- A chance to be part of something special - a growing studio community that's truly making a difference.
