The Role

As a
Solution Consultant
for In-Phase Implementation, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of the In-Phase platform. Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into tailored solutions, configuring the platform to meet client needs, and driving user adoption through training and change management. This role combines business consulting, technical configuration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation and deliver maximum value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements, design tailored In Phase solutions, configure modules (governance, risk, compliance, audit, performance), and manage data migration.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, advise on best practices, demonstrate product capabilities, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations (ERP, HR, document management), troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Deliver end-user and admin training, support adoption, and prepare documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support project planning by contributing to scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track progress against milestones, proactively identify risks and issues, and ensure delivery meets quality standards.

Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• In Phase expertise e.g., solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and performance frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and dashboard design.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and project methodologies (Prince2, PMP).
• Strong work experience in solution consulting or enterprise software implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
