Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wraparound Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within our wraparound programme. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, , and the ability to communicate effectively with both children, parents and staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that the children in our care are safe and have a wonderful time whilst with us after school, and that the highest standards of service are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support
- Plan and deliver a wide range of activities daily.
- Communicate clearly with team members, children and parents, to foster a collaborative environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for success.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare light meals for the children
- Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care through effective planning and execution of activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
