About The Role
As a Senior Global Partnerships & Monetisation Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing Bolt Food and Market Retail Media business, globally. You will play a critical role in growing the domain, driving revenue streams, expanding our tech solutions, and fostering a strong collaboration between multiple teams (Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations).

Your expertise in Ads, Platform Monetisation and Retail Media Partnerships, combined with an ability to lead complex projects, maintain strong relationships, negotiate and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success in this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading collaboration with internal teams, such as Product Development (Tech), Engineering, Marketing, Category Management, and Operations, to align monetisation objectives with overall business strategies, and build ad solutions tailored to advertisers and partners.
  • Identifying potential partnership opportunities based on market trends, business goals, and customer needs, and working closely with Partnerships Team to grow the Ads revenue.
  • Leading partnership negotiations with top global partners / advertisers, including contract terms, pricing, revenue-sharing models, and performance metrics.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for the Product (Tech) and Marketing teams, as well as top global partners.
  • Sharing your expertise by leading discussions & projects, and promoting Retail Media best practices in and outside of the team.

About you:

  • You have a strong track record in managing Mobile Ads Solutions, Platform Monetisation Models, and Strategic partnerships.
  • You combine analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to drive best solutions and ROIs for the business.
  • You're an excellent communicator with the ability to lead challenging discussions and projects.
  • You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions.
  • You have a drive for leading initiatives and features till the end, even if the last mile is the hardest.
  • You are familiar with relevant industry players and excited about Retail Media industry, and you want to work with driven & talented people to grow it further.
