What You'll Do

As Chef de Partie, you'll be a key player in our culinary brigade, responsible for running your own section with precision, flair, and confidence. Your day-to-day will include:

§ Leading your designated kitchen section—hot, cold, pastry, or larder—with skill and pride

§ Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency

§ Training, guiding, and motivating junior chefs to achieve their full potential

§ Collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs on menu creation and seasonal specials

§ Maintaining impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times

§ Managing stock levels, ordering ingredients, and reducing waste through smart planning

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a passionate chef who brings both creativity and discipline to the kitchen:

§ Proven experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step

§ Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques

§ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure

§ A team player with a positive attitude and a love for cooking

§ Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

§ Culinary qualifications preferred but not essential if you have strong experience
