Masuri is a global leader in cricket helmets and protective equipment, working with the world's leading cricket governing bodies, teams and players. Masuri UK is based in Winchester and recognised across multiple global markets including the UK, Australia, New Zealand South Africa and India.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join as a Customer Service Representative, primarily to assist delivering high quality customer service to B2B and B2C customers, both in the UK, and our established global markets. As part of a small team you will need a hands on mentality and team ethic. A knowledge of cricket is advantageous and there will be opportunities to grow and develop with the role.

Key Duties:

  • Handle all incoming enquiries and orders with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsible for management of ticketing system.
  • Key in orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Prioritize dispatches to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to provide updates and support.
  • Escalate questions or problems to management as necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall administration of the team.
  • Support manufacturing team in peak times
  • Quality control and an eye for detail.
  • Manage end to end delivery of Pro and Custom Helmets.

Qualifications and Role Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for Cricket and knowledge of the game
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service with excellent communication skills in both written and telephone manner.
  • Computer Skills – a strong grasp of Microsoft Excel is desirable (VLOOKUP / PIVOT TABLES)
  • Passion for Customer Service – the desire to achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer service is paramount.
  • Self-Starter – the opportunity exists for the successful candidate to develop a role with a relatively high degree of autonomy, provided they have the hunger and desire to make a difference to the organisation. To be pro-active and take responsibility for own and others workload when required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
