Commercial Sales Executive
- Location: Winchester
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Sales Executive to join our friendly and professional team in Winchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a highly respected insurance brand, focusing on commercial insurance lines across Hampshire.
You'll be supported by a dedicated marketing and prospecting team, helping you to build new relationships, grow your client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
With a strong local presence and a reputation for integrity, this role offers a great environment to develop your sales career.
Role Responsibilities
- Generate new business in line with agreed targets
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline
- Prospect and convert high-quality leads
- Deliver tailored, face-to-face consultations and quotes
- Develop strong relationships within the local business community
- Maintain high standards of compliance and service delivery
- Continue professional development through training and licensing
Key Skills Required
- A confident communicator with proven sales experience (insurance experience welcome but not essential)
- Professional, enthusiastic, and driven by results
- Skilled in managing and developing a pipeline of prospects
- Organised, compliant, and customer-focused
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- A full UK driving licence holder (essential)
