We are looking for kind and caring people to join our team of care workers and make a difference to peoples lives who live in the Dartford and Gravesend areas.

Here2care offer full training for the role.

Our shifts are flexible we fit around what hours you can do, some people work 7am until 2pm, or 4pm until 6pm or 4pm until 10pm and even school hours 9am until 3pm.

Job Responsibilities

· Helping with person care getting washed and dressed ready for the day or freshen up at night ready for bed

· Assisting clients with safe transfers and repositioning if they are unable to do this themselves.

· You will be helping them with preparing meals and drinks

· Helping them taking their medication

· Observing how they are on a daily bases and recording this

· Keeping the home clean and tidy

· These may be simple small tasks for you to do but they are such a big help to the people we look after and want to remain own homes
