Compensation: £30,000 - £30,900 / year


Description Main responsibilities:   Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with various stakeholders, including HR, Managers and
business units to collate and validate historical training records, including attendance registers and certificates   Maintain company training records, ensuring all training data is accurately uploaded to the LMS to ensure business compliance.   Management of the Learning and Development Share point folders where training certificates are stored   Issue competency records upon request   Production of management reports and Dashboards when required   Attend Management meetings with HR Professionals and managers for business updates   Provide technical support to employees when accessing individual dashboards within the LMS   Keep up to date with Learning Management System functions to ensure the business is getting the most from emerging functions and capabilities

Provide basic administration support to the wider HR Team when required

Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup and maintenance of LMS content and Dashboards and ensure data integrity within the system

Work with the HR Operations Manager and stakeholders to identify and address gaps in training records or compliance requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Time Management
  • Good understanding of MS Excel
  • Experience of using a Learning Management System is essential
