Rydyn ni'n chwilio am Arolygydd Technegol Ôl-osod ymroddedig ac â meddwl technegol i ymuno â'n tîm Technegol, Arloesi a'r Hinsawdd ar gontract cyfnod penodol o 18 mis, i'n helpu i gyflawni ein targedau uchelgeisiol o ran ôl-osod ac allyriadau carbon is.
Dyma gyfle cyffrous i chwarae rhan ymarferol mewn gwneud cartrefi'n gynhesach, yn wyrddach ac yn fwy effeithlon o ran ynni — gan wella bywydau trigolion a diogelu'r amgylchedd.
Beth fyddwch chi'n ei wneud
Fel Arolygydd Technegol Ôl-osod, byddwch chi'n teithio ar draws Gogledd Cymru, gan sicrhau bod ein prosiectau ôl-osod yn cael eu cwblhau i'r safonau uchaf posibl. Byddwch chi'n:
  • Cynnal arolygiadau technegol o waith ôl-osod, gan sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth â safonau PAS 2035 a TrustMark.
  • Gweithio'n agos gyda chontractwyr, ymgynghorwyr a thimau mewnol i ddatrys problemau technegol a sicrhau bod prosiectau'n symud yn eu blaen yn llyfn.
  • Cynnal asesiadau ôl-osod, EPCs, a phrofion gwasgedd aer / cyfradd llif aer lle bo angen, gan ddarparu data cywir i wella perfformiad.
  • Cefnogi gwelliant parhaus drwy rannu adborth, adnabod tueddiadau, a helpu contractwyr i gyflawni rhagoriaeth.
Byddwch chi'n rhan o dîm angerddol sy'n gwneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol — gan leihau allyriadau carbon, torri biliau ynni, ac adeiladu cartrefi cynhesach, gwyrddach ar gyfer y dyfodol.

We're looking for a motivated and technically minded Retrofit Technical Inspector to join our Technical, Innovation & Climate team on an 18-month fixed term contract, helping us deliver on our ambitious retrofit and decarbonisation goals.
This is your chance to play a hands-on role in making homes warmer, greener, and more energy efficient — improving lives and protecting the environment.
What You'll Do
As a Retrofit Technical Inspector, you'll be out and about across North Wales, ensuring our retrofit projects are completed to the highest possible standard. You'll:
  • Carry out technical inspections on retrofit works, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and TrustMark standards.
  • Work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
  • Conduct retrofit assessments, EPCs, and air pressure/flow rate testing, providing accurate data to inform performance improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement, identifying trends, sharing insights, and helping contractors deliver excellence.

What We're Looking For
We're after someone who combines technical know-how with passion for sustainability and a collaborative spirit.
Essential:
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (field-based role)
  • HNC in Building or Construction-related subject and/or 2+ years' experience in retrofit or construction works
Desirable:
Experience or qualifications in
  • Domestic Energy Assessment
  • Retrofit Assessment,
  • Air Pressure Testing,
  • Flow Rate Testing
You'll also need to complete a Basic DBS check, which we'll pay for.
