At CTI, we don't just lead we show up, stay connected, and deliver. As a global leader in AV systems integration, we're expanding our UK operations and seeking a dynamic, hands-on Branch Director to drive performance, culture, and growth across our UK branches.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position for someone who thrives on balancing commercial responsibility, technical excellence, and people leadership. You'll be accountable for the full financial, operational, and cultural performance of the UK branch, ensuring every project is delivered profitably, professionally, and in alignment with CTI's strategic vision: CTI on the Same Page.
You'll lead from the front setting direction, mentoring teams, and contributing directly to delivery through project management, programming, or sales. Your presence will be felt across both UK branches, reinforcing CTI's reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Branch Operations: Oversee all functions engineering, project management, service, warehouse, logistics, and administration.
Own Branch P&L: Ensure profitability through disciplined budget management and project execution.
Contribute to Delivery: Stay hands-on in operations to maintain credibility and trust.
Maintain Branch Presence: Be a visible, accessible leader across both UK locations.
Allocate Resources: Partner with the Branch Co-ordinator to assign the right skills and support to every project.
Oversee Logistics: Ensure warehouse and equipment flow supports timely delivery.
Set Technical Standards: Uphold CTI methodology and industry best practices.
Engage Clients: Act as the senior point of contact for key accounts and escalations.
Drive Improvement: Champion efficiency, safety, and innovation.
Mentor Teams: Foster growth, accountability, and high standards.
Collaborate with Sales: Support proposals and client presentations with technical insight.
Report Performance: Track KPIs, utilisation, and financial results for leadership.

Commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
