Commercial Property Solicitor
to join their growing team. This is a standout opportunity for someone who's commercially minded, ambitious, and looking for a clear route to

The Role

You'll handle a high-quality caseload across:

  • Acquisitions & disposals
  • Commercial leases
  • Landlord & tenant work
  • Development matters
  • Property finance transactions

You'll also have the autonomy to build strong client relationships, support business development, and help shape the future of a thriving department.

About You

  • 5–10 years PQE in
    Commercial Property
  • Strong technical background and confidence managing files independently
  • Excellent communicator with a commercial mindset
  • Motivated by progression — partnership is firmly on the table
  • Team-focused and keen to contribute to long-term firm growth
