Description: We're seeking experienced cooks to join St David's Hospice. This role operates on a bank basis, meaning you'll be contacted as needed to cover holidays and sickness.

We are looking for someone who will:
  • Have understanding and knowledge relevant to the role
  • Have excellent team working skills, whilst also having the ability to work independently
  • Be enthusiastic and friendly
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and skills relevant to the role
  • Provide guidance to our Kitchen Assistant and Volunteers
  • Embrace change, our vision and values.
To do the role you'll need:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Food hygiene level 2
  • Food allergens awareness
  • Be willing to work weekends and evenings as required by the role
  • Empathy for the Hospice, and alignment with the charity's values.
