Portland DT BB, United Kingdom Agincare Full time £25,000 - £40,000 per year

Job Introduction

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new? If you're organised, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering great service, you could be just who we're looking for

At Agincare, we're growing rapidly, and our recruitment team is at the heart of that journey. As our Recruitment Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in making sure our new hires feel supported, informed, and fully compliant from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Recruitment Co-ordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our onboarding process. From the moment a candidate accepts an offer, you'll guide them through every step — making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited to join Agincare.

You'll be responsible for gathering and checking all the essential documentation: DBS checks, references, Right to Work evidence, and signed paperwork. You'll keep our systems up to date and our records accurate, ensuring every new hire is fully compliant and ready to go.

It's a fast-paced role, with lots of moving parts — but you'll thrive on that. You'll juggle multiple onboarding journeys at once, keeping candidates updated, answering queries, and chasing anything outstanding with a calm, professional approach.

Alongside onboarding, you'll support the wider recruitment team with screening calls, application sifting, and interview coordination. You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure no detail is missed and no candidate feels forgotten.

What We're Looking For

We're not focused on qualifications — we're looking for someone with the right mindset and drive to succeed. You'll stand out if you bring:

  • A strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing candidate records and recruitment documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with candidates and hiring managers
  • A proactive approach to resolving issues and handling challenges during the recruitment process
  • An adaptable, positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering brilliant candidate experiences
  • Confidence using MS Office and navigating software.
Why Join Us?

At Agincare, recruitment isn't just about filling roles — it's about building relationships and shaping futures. You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team that values your contribution and celebrates your success.

Ready to make a difference? Apply now and help us bring brilliant people into a brilliant organisation.
