Are you ready to shape the future of transport in the UK's second city? Manchester City Council is seeking a visionary Head of Highways Project Delivery to lead the design and delivery of a £150m portfolio of major and minor highway infrastructure projects.

We're looking for a Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent experience) with an extensive background in programme delivery, commercial contract management, and stakeholder engagement. You'll be a confident leader, capable of inspiring teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving performance across complex programmes.
