We're looking for Care Professionals (full or part time) to join our friendly team in South Sussex, supporting clients in and around Shoreham, Lancing or Wothing. You'll be providing quality visiting care in clients' homes — making a real difference to their wellbeing and day-to-day life.

No experience needed — full paid training and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Do

  • Provide warm companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Support with everyday tasks in the home
  • Light housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, laundry, ironing
  • Meal prep and cooking
  • Local errands (food shopping, collecting prescriptions)
  • Support with personal care (if required)
  • Medication reminders (if required)
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social activities (if required)

Who You Are

  • Naturally caring, patient and reliable
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Able to prioritise and manage your time well
  • Professional, respectful and trustworthy
  • Comfortable supporting with personal care and household tasks
  • A driver with access to your own car
  • Able to complete a DBS check
  • Have the right to work in the UK
