Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stockport for a Scheme Manager. The Scheme Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and administration of specified schemes, ensuring compliance with policies and relevant regulations. The role involves supporting team members, coordinating with external stakeholders, creating and implementing schemes, and maintaining accurate records. The Scheme Manager will focus on ensuring all aspects of operational delivery run smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement and excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, operations management, and scheme administration
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in HR, compliance, or working with policies and regulations is an advantage
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Proficiency with relevant software applications; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
