Director of Sales – DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne's Manor

An incredible opportunity on the outskirts of Bracknell for an exceptionally skilled and ambitious Director of Sales.

What Will I Be Doing?

The Director of Sales will assume overall responsibility for Corporate Rooms, Group, and Meeting & Events. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive performance, create impactful sales activity plans, and ensure achievement of commercial targets.

Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with Michels & Taylor, we are seeking an experienced sales leader to position the hotel and head up the sales strategy At St Annes Manor.

Ideal Candidate

Our perfect Director of Sales will be:

  • A strong leader with a proven background in the MICE sector and an extensive network of industry contacts
  • Naturally confident, highly driven, and commercially focused
  • Experienced in developing, converting, and retaining business, with a strong track record of growth
  • Knowledgeable about the UK market, particularly the M4 corridor and key feeder areas
  • Experienced within the hospitality sector, especially in managing and growing LNR accounts and MICE business
  • Hilton experience is preferable but not essential

Main Duties

  • Target new business within Corporate Rooms and MICE, generating strong and relevant appointments weekly
  • Plan and manage local marketing activity within brand guidelines
  • Develop and implement strategic sales activity plans for the hotel
  • Drive performance through targeted sales initiatives and activity planning
  • Participate in commercial meetings and Owner Trading reviews
  • Engage with Brand and Management Company teams to support overall commercial success
  • Manage top-performing accounts and lead the RFP process
  • Attend client meetings, call cycles, networking events, and industry workshops
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to raise awareness of the hotel and wider portfolio
