We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, streamline processes, and contribute to marketing and content initiatives. The ideal candidate is a smart worker with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support business operations.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital content for marketing channels (social media, website, campaigns).
  • Support marketing initiatives, including research, trends analysis, and basic campaign execution.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and update internal systems and databases.
  • Use productivity and communication tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management apps).

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional communication support when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Urdu, and English (spoken & written).
  • Arabic is a plus but not compulsory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Gen Z tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with modern tools, apps, social media, and new technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing, branding, and content creation (video, graphics, or copywriting is a plus).
  • Creative thinker with a smart-working approach rather than just hard work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience in operations, admin support, digital marketing, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or simple editing tools.
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools.
