About The Role
As a
Presales Treasury Solution Manager
at FIS, you will lead a team of Sales Solution Consultants focused on delivering innovative treasury solutions to our clients across the EMEA region. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales engagements, shaping solution strategy, and ensuring alignment between client needs and FIS's product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Solution Consultants
  • Own the pre-sales strategy for treasury solutions, supporting enterprise sales teams across the UK and EMEA
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs and client expectations
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders at client organizations to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Drive pipeline growth and conversion through strategic solution positioning and consultative selling
  • Represent FIS at industry events, client workshops, and internal forums as a subject matter expert in treasury
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform go-to-market strategy and product development

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in managing pre-sales or solution consulting teams
  • Deep understanding of corporate treasury processes
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based financial technology solutions
  • Demonstrated success in complex enterprise sales environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global matrix organization
  • Experience with FIS products or similar treasury platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in financial technology, treasury solutions, or enterprise software sales
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in treasury and payments
