About the mission we offer you:

The Data Coordinator will, under the direction of Data Manager/Project Information Manager contribute to the development and maintenance of a project central tag/data repository containing an accurate and dependable master tag register during and overseeing the development and management of class libraries as applicable to project size and scope – setting the standards for EPC contractors and their supply chains. The role requires a good understanding of data types and formats used on Energy Transition, Oil and Gas, similar projects, ensuring project compliance with contractual information standards to maintain a solid foundation for data management within projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement best practices for master data management.
  • Maintain reference class libraries using Aveva's Information Standards Manager (ISM) to support project standards and requirements – for FEED and then expand into the EPC phase.
  • Implementation of a Data Management Procedure, ensuring compliance with Project Information Management Plan.
  • In collaboration with Aveva Engineering Administrator, establish central tag/data repository in Aveva Engineering, then populate it via the use of project registers (MEL, linelist, etc)
  • Setting standards for suppliers and EPC contractors
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as CFIHOS, ISO 15926, ISO 14224, ISO 19650 throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements.
  • Audit and verify the application of project-specific information standards to minimize errors and delays.
  • Manage data governance, ensuring data integrity and consistency across multiple systems and deliverables.
  • Provide support and awareness to project teams on the use of Aveva's ISM and related processes.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in similar Data Management role in FEED and EPC scope.
  • Experience using data standards as a foundation for Digital Project Execution and Digital Twin development
  • Configuration of Aveva AIM (Asset Information Manager) - Building digital twins
  • Familiarity with FEED and EPC project execution and the project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, and construction and operations phases
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English, additional European Language (French, Spanish, Itallian) is a plus.
