This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class learning offer for healthcare professionals, combining strategic leadership, academic insight and innovation in educational design.


As a Transformation Manager, you will:

  • Lead the review and redesign of the organisation's events and courses portfolio to ensure academic rigour, relevance and measurable learning outcomes
  • Develop and implement a structured product development cycle informed by learner feedback, educational research and market trends
  • Design and launch a scalable model for programme delivery, including franchise and partnership frameworks with clear quality assurance and brand standards
  • Provide strategic advice on pricing and partnership approaches that balance accessibility with financial viability
  • Strengthen governance and volunteer engagement processes, embedding transparency and effective decision-making
  • Act as a subject matter expert on educational innovation, guiding teams to adopt evidence-based learning design and delivery approaches


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in educational programme design, transformation or large-scale change management
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, accreditation models and quality assurance frameworks
  • Experience of developing scalable education or training initiatives such as franchises, partnerships or accredited programmes
  • Excellent analytical, planning and project management skills
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels with a collaborative and strategic approach
  • Commitment to innovation, excellence and continuous improvement
