OverviewThe Transformation Manager role plays a crucial role in driving our Business Process Management (BPM) practices and integrating newly acquired businesses into Aristocrat’s global operations. As part of the Global Strategy Delivery organization, you will play a vital role in crafting the direction and improvement of our performance over time. Ambitious individuals with a strong background in transformation or integration are encouraged to apply for this challenging yet rewarding position.ResponsibilitiesSupport post-merger integration initiatives across AristocratEvaluate and match business procedures to Aristocrat's worldwide benchmarksIdentify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for harmonizationCollaborate with functional leaders to implement integration plansDevelop and manage integration roadmaps, timelines, and important metricsFacilitate workshops and working groups to drive alignment and adoptionSupport change management and communication strategiesMonitor integration progress and report outcomes to senior leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Strategy, or a related fieldEstablished track record in business process management, particularly in a transformation or integration environment (5 or more years of experience)Experience collaborating in global environments with diverse collaboratorsExcellent project management, workshop facilitation, and communication skillsFamiliarity with BPM tools and integration frameworksAbility to navigate ambiguity and achieve results in complex environmentsLean Six Sigma certification or practical experience in applying Lean Six Sigma principles is preferredExperience in technology, gaming, or digital product environments preferredWhy Aristocrat?Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
