At CAVU our purpose is to find new and better ways to make airport travel seamless and enjoyable for everybody — from the smallest ideas to the biggest changes. Every day here is about creating better travel experiences.

We know that to bring your best ideas, you need the space to think, the right support, and the freedom to be your true, authentic self.

Whether you're working from our offices, from home, in a lounge, or out on the road, we provide the environment to create, innovate, and transform airport travel.

If you're looking for a career where you can make a real impact, bring new ideas to life, and push boundaries, then CAVU is the place for you.

Together, we can reach new heights. Together, we are CAVU.

What's the role?

As Head of Analytics and Insights, you'll play a pivotal role within CAVU's centralised Data function — sitting on the senior leadership team and guiding three specialist analytics areas: Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, and Commercial Analytics.

You'll lead the development of a unified analytics and insights strategy, using data to drive decision-making, optimise performance, and unlock new growth opportunities across the business.

CAVU has been on an exciting digital and data transformation journey, with the acquisition of new brands and the creation of best-in-class products. Data has been fundamental to this — and now, we're looking for a forward-thinking leader to continue that momentum, shaping the future of our analytics capability and influencing strategic decisions at a global scale.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing and executing a unified analytics and insights strategy that aligns with CAVU's marketing, digital, and commercial goals.
  • Providing thought leadership in using data to inform strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and optimise ROI.
  • Overseeing marketing analytics, including campaign performance, customer segmentation, and media effectiveness.
  • Leading digital analytics to measure and optimise performance across web, app, social, and CRM channels.
  • Delivering deep commercial analysis covering sales performance, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing analytics team with a culture of curiosity and innovation.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Finance, and Product.
  • Managing dashboards, reporting, and data visualisation to communicate insights effectively.
  • Championing data quality, governance, and compliance.
  • Evaluating and implementing advanced analytics tools and technologies.

About You

You're an inspiring, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of analytics, data architecture, and business intelligence. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and are comfortable translating technical data insights into clear, actionable strategies that drive business impact.

You'll likely bring:

  • Experience in senior analytics or insights roles.
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and visualisation tools (SQL, R, Python, Power BI).
  • Experience with data warehousing and BI platforms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • A strategic mindset, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • A degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • (Desirable) Experience within SaaS, machine learning, or AI environments.

The Perks

  • 25 Days Holiday, increasing 1 day per year with service (up to a maximum of 28)

  • 10% Company Pension
