Senior BI Analyst

A high growth mobile tech company in the health and habit change space is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join its centralised data team. With over 37 million users worldwide and a mission rooted in behavioural science, this is an opportunity to work on impactful analytics that directly shape product, marketing, finance and growth decisions. The business operates fully remote and is aligned to European time zones.

The Role

You will join a small but highly influential data team that partners closely across Finance, Marketing, Product and Growth. This is a broad and commercial role focused on solving business critical analytics problems rather than building pipelines. You will work end to end across scoping, analysis, modelling, recommendations and delivery.

You will use SQL, Python, dbt and BigQuery to build robust BI models and dashboards in Omni. You will analyse ad spend, marketing performance, customer behaviour, finance forecasting and wider product usage. You will also work closely with User Acquisition teams to guide spend strategy within mobile tracking constraints which requires strong understanding of attribution and ad platform limitations. This role offers full ownership of your projects and the chance to influence modelling decisions and BI architecture.

Requirements


• Strong experience in marketing or customer analytics ideally in mobile or gaming


• Solid understanding of attribution and mobile tracking complexities


• Advanced SQL and dbt modelling


• Experience with BigQuery or similar warehousing tools


• Dashboarding experience in Looker, Power BI or similar


• Experience working with User Acquisition or marketing teams


• Strong stakeholder management


• Comfortable working autonomously in a small and fully remote team


• Interest in data science concepts such as LTV models
