**SENIOR BI ANALYST**

**£55,000-65,000**

**THE COMPANY**:
Harnham is in partnership with a global home improvement retailer as they expand their Data team. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for aggregating data from commercial departments to provide analytics across the business.

**THE ROLE**:
As the Senior BI Analyst, you will look at the existing reporting suite and enhance its functionality to promote self-service analytics.

You will:

- Gather the relevant requirements from stakeholders
- Translate those requirements into data models/ sets for analysis
- Model data using SQL
- Develop bespoke Power BI dashboards
- Deliver meaningful insight to senior stakeholders
- Find creative ways to enhance the existing reporting suite in Power BI

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To qualify for the role, you will require:

- At least 2 years of demonstrated commercial experience in Data & Analytics
- A strong STEM degree (2:1, minimum)
- Power BI
- Exposure to the Azure stack (Databricks, Data factory)
- Exposure to eCommerce, retail, or marketplace data (ideal)
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Good communication skills
