Hair stylist

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
• Deliver expert barbering services where applicable
• Assist clients with colour consultations and recommend suitable treatments to enhance their look
• Perform specialised beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon environment
• Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes
• Upsell additional services and retail products to optimise client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer service
• Support store management tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber in a professional salon setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in store management or supervisory roles is advantageous
• Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and foster team development
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
