Manager – Accounts Receivable
Our Accounting team is looking for a Manager – Accounts Receivable to oversee the AR function leading a team in multiple countries. This role is responsible for managing timely collections, implementing and scaling efficient processes to minimize bad debt, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building and maintaining effective working relationships both within the organization and with customers.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for unapplied/short payments, customer disputes and building customer relationships
  • Implement and refine strategies to improve collection effectiveness and streamline A/R processes improving DSO
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Channel Partner and Legal teams maintain positive customer relationships while enforcing payment discipline.
  • Analyze aging trends, forecast and manage cash receipts, and report on metrics to Leadership team
  • Collaborate with the Billing team to ensure billing accuracy, timely dispute resolution, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Manage a team of AR team members in multiple countries
  • Support month-end close processes including cash reconciliations and posting journals

  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at multi-tasking and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, including a managerial role.
  • Ability to manage employees both in office and remote
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and AR Management tools (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Familiarity in supporting Company Audits

The base salary range for this position is £56,000−£84,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
