Kroll is looking for a Credit and Collections Specialist to support their Finance teams in the U.S.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
  • Contact clients by email to recover debt.
  • Consistently handle customer inquiries.
  • Maintain records by keeping detailed communications and actions taken during the collection process.
  • Reporting and analysis of debt.

Essential Traits:

  • 5+ years of experience in Credit and Collections, or a similar role is required.
  • B2B specific experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of collection techniques and strong customer services skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and our clients.
