Company Overview:

A prestigious investment firm in London is seeking a highly capable Senior Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to a senior leader on a fixed-term maternity contract. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and driven CEO while overseeing both business and personal priorities. The successful candidate will be someone who brings a proactive attitude, discretion, and strong organisational skills, with the confidence to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Working alongside a small, high-performing team, you'll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while providing guidance and mentorship where needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a complex diary, travel arrangements, and key meeting preparation.
  • Act as the first point of contact, managing communications with professionalism
  • Liaise with private staff and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Senior EA position
  • Experience managing a team required
  • Financial Services experience required
  • Proactive and forward-thinking attitude
  • Ability to multitask
