We're hiring a Chief of Staff (COS) to work directly with our Founders and Leadership Team. This is a senior strategic and operational role for someone who understands the gaming and betting landscape and can turn ambition into action.
The COS will act as a strategic adviser, operator, and integrator, enabling our two Founders to focus on long-term growth while keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day. You'll drive the execution of company priorities, strengthen operational discipline, and help Midnite scale efficiently as we expand.
You'll work across teams to translate vision into measurable goals, streamline communication and decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve how we operate. This is a high-impact, trusted position at the heart of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution
- Partner with the Founders to define and deliver the company's strategic priorities.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
- Drive accountability and follow-through on company OKRs and cross-functional initiatives.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Identify gaps in communication, planning, or execution, and implement scalable solutions.
- Prepare for and manage key business cycles including quarterly planning, board meetings, and investor updates.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central liaison between all teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
- Surface issues early and facilitate decisions so teams can focus on delivery.
- Maintain rhythm and clarity across the leadership team through reporting, documentation, and structured updates.
Project and Information Management
- Lead strategic projects end-to-end — from research and analysis through to implementation.
- Manage the flow of information to and from the Founders, filtering noise and providing concise insights.
- Act as the Founders' "eyes and ears", anticipating challenges, identifying risks, and surfacing solutions before they escalate.
Executive Support and Leadership Enablement
- Prepare the Founders for high-stakes meetings with data, context, and briefing materials.
- Occasionally represent the Founders in internal or external meetings, ensuring consistent communication and decision quality.
- Manage key relationships with investors, partners, and senior stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or senior Operations role within a regulated tech, gaming, or fintech environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills, able to "see around corners" and anticipate business needs.
- Exceptional communicator who can engage at all levels, from the boardroom to the product floor.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into action.
- Trusted, discreet, and emotionally intelligent, able to build influence through credibility and execution.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Work directly with the Founders and senior leadership on high-impact strategic and operational projects.
- Shape the operating rhythm and culture of a rapidly growing gaming business.
- Autonomy, ownership, and trust, no corporate red tape.
- Competitive compensation and benefits, with hybrid flexibility (within ~2 hours of London).
