Region: West Midlands (including Nottingham, Telford, Gloucester, Nuneaton, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas)

Contract Type: Zero-Hours / Pay-As-You-Go

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, well-presented, and professional Property Viewing Agents to represent our agency across the West Midlands.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, paid work and the opportunity to grow within a well-established and expanding property business.

You will conduct property viewings on behalf of the company, ensuring prospective tenants and buyers receive accurate information, excellent service, and a positive first impression.

This is a zero-hours, flexible schedule position — you will be assigned viewings depending on your availability, location, and demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
  • Act as the main representative for the agency during appointments
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the property and local area
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability for every viewing
  • Submit feedback and client notes promptly through our internal system
  • Check the property condition before and after each viewing
  • Communicate with the office team regarding schedules, updates, and client requests
  • Report any issues with access, safety, or maintenance
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Assist multilingual clients when possible (optional)

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage viewing times assigned by the office team
  • Maintain accurate notes and simple documentation for each viewing
  • Update the operations team after each appointment
  • Support with ID checks or simple paperwork if required (training provided)
  • Keep organised records through mobile apps or templates provided

Experience & Skills RequiredEssential

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and polite manner
  • Excellent time management and reliability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Confidence with basic smartphone apps (maps, messaging, update forms)

Preferred (Training Provided if Needed)

  • Customer service, sales, hospitality, or administrative experience
  • Additional language skills (advantage only, not mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of property or lettings
