  • Basic salary of £14,534 to £19,333 per year (OTE up to £25,000)

A day in the life of a Viewing Assistant with haart

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Delivering keys upon completion of purchases
  • Up selling additional products
  • Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
  • Canvassing the local area
  • Door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

Essential Skills Of a Viewing Assistant With Haart

  • Full UK Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle (less than 5 years old)
  • Experience as an Estate Agent would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills

  • Full UK Driving Licence
