Sales and Compliance Coordinator

The Role's Purpose
The Sales and Compliance Coordinator will be part of the Innovation Services Operations team, supporting the Go-To-Market team through sales enablement activities. Key responsibilities include coordinating bid processes, tracking bid progress, and managing both sales and government portals. Additionally, the role will oversee business compliance and provide operational support, including tool management and procurement assistance.
*What You'll Do*
Bid Management Administration
- Coordinate the bid process from the start, through to submission and handover to delivery teams .
- Completing framework compliance information and maintain frameworks / portal access .
- Researching or gathering information relevant to bids .
- Coordinate input from various departments to gather content, case studies, and project information .
- Track, analyse, and report on bid progress from submission to outcome to ensure compliance and timely processes .
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Support compliance assurance processes related to ISO standards and internal policies.
- Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and continuous review of compliance-related activities.
Tool Management & Maintenance
- Administer and maintain business tools, platforms, and shared systems (including SharePoint, , ElapseIT , Dynamics, Contract book , Hub S pot, and Skipso ).
- Act as the point of contact for user queries and coordinate updates or access requests.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes related to tools and systems.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance project and GTM operations efficiency.
- Support the documentation and rollout of new tools, templates, or ways of working.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and competitors through researching market trends, client needs and competitor activity.
Essential:
Your Skills
- Organised and d etail-oriented .
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks .
- Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Desirable:
- Experience in supporting sales functions.
- Working in UK public sector sales .
- Understands the UK government procurement, and other relevant legislation/ requirements such as procurement act.
- Understanding of project budget management .
- Understanding of ISO 9001 .
- A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or a related discipline, or relevant working experience
Essential

- E xperience in a similar role with responsibilities such as securing new bids and/ or retaining existing contracts in UK public sector .
- Experience in reviewing and editing content.
- Experience with collaborative working across a range of disciplines .
- Experience in an innovation, startup, research or technology background, with a passion about emerging technolog y .
- Experience in working with different stakeholders .

- Due to the nature of this position, our work, and our client engagements, you must be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance. To qualify for SC clearance, you must be a British Citizen or have resided in the UK for the last 5 years with no extensive periods outside of the UK. Pre-existing SC welcome.
